The Witch
I probably should have left The Witch ambiguous, but here we are, deal with it. Also shoot, October is a month away.
Who is The Witch?

No one really knows who The Witch is. She's classified as a type 4 ghost by M.A.I.G. of Universe-15 and Universe-23 and has no clear cut origin. She claims she was burned in the Salem witch trials, but this cannot be confirmed through historical records. M.A.I.G.-23 has even asked the Time Watcher Zal-Rint, who also cannot confirm The Witch's story. Suspicions that she is a Primordial, but the three great primordial mages (Tiberius, Vexation, and Deimos) have confirmed she was not The Witch of Old.
Given her obsession with Will-15 and her noticeable attraction to men, a new theory has been proposed: Will-23 accidentally created The Witch. This would not be without precedent, as Will-23 has accidentally created ANTIMagic Mages in the past (Colony and Eon). Will-23 is one the more unstable primordials and if the conditions were right, The Witch could have easily manifested and get sent back in time to Will-15's universe.
Her personality is fairly volatile. The Witch seems to be very proud and sassy, but also prone to revenge and easily offended. Fortunately she is befriendable, but anyone doing so must be incredibly careful. As a type 4 ghost she is incredibly chaotic. If signs of her are spotted, it is recommended to contact M.A.I.G. or The Liger Brigade immediately.
