Type Ball - Ghost


Oh look, we're not on DA so I don't have to add in the dumb disclaimer spelling out the obvious EVERY SINGLE TIME.

It looks like Will is trapped in some kind of latex ball. What he doesn't know is that these are Type Balls from another universe. How it got here is anyone's guess.

To make effective use of a type ball, a super effective type has to be deployed at the target. Super effective balls inflate on the inside, compressing the target, making them safe and secure. Neutral balls will just encase the target without inflating internally. Resistant or Immune balls will straight up not work. In Will's case, Ghost seems to be super effective against him.

Safety of the target is paramount. To ensure this, the ball is counter balanced to make sure the target stays upright. No matter how much it wobbles, the target's head will never touch the ground. It also prevents them from moving/rolling around, which stops any potential for collateral damage.

And to further ensure there are no accidents, Type Balls need to be authorized every 30 minutes. If not, the ball will deflate, allowing the target to exit the ball. Will has been like this for 5 minutes, so he only has 25 minutes to go before he's freed. As for the tape, while made of the same material, it can easily be removed. This seems to be an optional measure, but for what is unclear.

I wanted to do a ball-themed drawing with the ellipsis tool in Krita and I had Pokemon on the brain. And yes, Ghost is my favorite type.

Disclaimer: Simon is an adult, if you couldn't already tell. Oh hey, here's another BastianMage drawing colored by yours truly. Well not just colored, I technically made a new line art. I was playing around with the colorize mask tool when I had the idea to steal that hair style for Simon Briggs' redesign. I hope you don't mind, BastianMage, but I am taking heavy inspiration from that hair for Simon. Simon stumbled into a latex trap and is now being turned into a latex statue. Presumably he'll be moved to a storage unit until his captors can figure out something to do with him. Upon being rescued, his friends conclude he looks really good encased in latex. They uncovered his face and are working towards turning the latex nanites he's encased in into a latex suit. Not going to lie, he likes the idea of having a thick, rubbery latex gimpsuit in his wardrobe. Also Phantasm LLC is now fully a part of ULTRAMagic Alternate, so Simon can show up in the main series.

Chaotic Talks: Don't break a website's rules and then cry censorship

      Oh shoot, you know what I can do now that I have this blog? ARTICLES! I can finally post articles on things I have thoughts on. So what's on today's docket that has me this hyper? The line between censorship and moderation. I was browsing DeviantART when I noticed that a long time account had finally been banned. Normally I would be concerned... if the user was not posting art that would potentially break any website's rules. Naturally they claimed they were being censored on their new account... and, well, I have to wholeheartedly disagree with them. Honestly I'm surprised they lasted that long, especially with how anal DeviantART has been getting as of late.     For the sake of privacy and to avoid starting drama, lets refer to this person as Canary. The Favicon - Latex gimp inkblot

11/25/2024 Update: Nope, can't even have this as the Favicon. It turns out that Blogger applies the Favicon to ALL of your blogs. This means that If I want this here, it also applies to my UMAE blog. Why did I even bother making this? Why do I even bother? Why do we even bother? 12/6/2024 Update: Or maybe it doesn't!?!? I removed this from the UMAE blog and it stayed for this one? I have no idea what's even going on anymore... Here's the favicon for the blog. It's just the inkblot avatar in a simple gimp hood. While this is incredibly tame for latex/NSFW stuff, I don't think I can use this for social media accounts annoyingly. Apps like Twitter/X and Blue Sky are fairly twitchy about this stuff. Twitter will just permaban you until you remove the icon and Blue Sky will just hide it even if your account is marked correctly.  This isn't even remotely explicit, but I'm pretty sure those apps would lose their minds if I used this... even though people unde...
